CROSSFIT – #BodyByAnt Cycle (formerly known as Bikini Beach Body Cycle)
This new cycle will have an emphasis on gymnastics and midline strength along with barbell complexes and some long conditioning pieces 1-2 times a week.
SCHEDULE CHANGE
Tuesday 4:30pm & 8:30pm is now a CrossFit Class
Saturday Noon is now a mobility/stretching class

STRONG – Keg Party Cycle
This new cycle will focus on odd objects and strength athletic apparatus. Push, pull, carry, and lift heavy ass weights.
SCHEDULE CHANGE
Tuesday STRONG (4:30 & 8:30) is cancelled, come to a CrossFit class instead
Saturday STRONG is cancelled, come to a mobility class instead

Saturday Noon along side the mobility stretching class will be Open Gym access 12-1pm

OLYMPIC LIFTING
This is our transition week for OLY lifting, a new 8 week cycle begins 6/18. Programming will be offered 3 times a week with platform times remaining the same. Tues/Wed/Thurs/Fri 7:30pm & Sunday Open gym
