Dedication, Patience, Practice
To master the Olympic lifts, you need to practice them. Although the Olympic lifts show up in CrossFit we often require more practice, these classes allow athletes to come in and specialize and practice under direct supervision of an Olympic Lifting Coach


TARGET
Those athletes who want to specialize in becoming a better Olympic Weightlifter. Intermediate - Advanced, general understanding of OLY movements required.





SCHEDULE
Open Platform times Monday through Friday 7:30pm to closing
Saturday Noon to Closing & Sunday 10AM to Closing
