Our OCR program combines endurance training with long duration conditioning workouts with an emphasis on grip strength, core training, odd object carries, and burden runs. It's the perfect program to gear you up for the next Obstacle Course Race.
Those individuals who want to train for an upcoming obstacle race or trail race, Beginner - Advanced.
