Our next cycle TEAM SERIES STRONG will kick off Monday August 27th 2018.
This cycle will have an emphasis on Bench and Front Squat Strength with Deadlifts and Push Presses being a secondary focus. The cycle will run for 5 weeks with conditioning pieces revolving around team work and partner WODs.
