Coach Laura Sawyer started her fitness journey in 2012 after losing 40 lbs through diet and exercise. She began taking group HIIT, TRX and Kettlebell classes and successfully kept the weight off. By 2015 she was looking for a new challenge and Laura decided to try out CrossFit at CrossFit Bell.

Laura studied Graphic Design at Queens College. She continues to expand her knowledge of health and wellbeing by reading about nutrition and pursuing new certifications that will help her to share her knowledge with the fitness community at CrossFit Bell. Laura is a Queens native but now resides on Long Island.
