THE CHANGING OF THE SEASONS
All over the world, hundreds of thousands choose to volunteer and help others, putting into practice the simple idea that every single person can do something good, be it large or small, to improve the lives of others and positively change the world. This year in the spirit of doing good for others the CrossFit Bell community has partnered with “SOS EB KIDS” to generate awareness and raise money for children suffering with Epidermolysis bullosa.
Join us for a community WOD, and fun filled day. We will have several vendors providing food and beverages, as well as a raffle for amazing prizes donated by all of our sponsors. Registration is $5 for member ($15 for non members), all proceeds go to “SOS EB KIDS”.
CrossFit – MURPH STRONG CYCLE
This week marks our Transition week into our “MURPH STRONG” 8 week cycle. We will be testing and hitting benchmarks all week in preparation for our cycle starting on 4-9-18. The cycle will be strength dominate with an emphasis on bodyweight gymnastics and running and will culminate (Week 8 – test week) with our annual Memorial Day Murph + BBQ social on Monday May 28th 2018.

Bell Strong – BELL STRONG GETS STRONGER
Our Bell Strong cycle changes gears starting next week, with a fun new cycle that will have an underlying Powerlifting strength program while maintaining the same EXPLOSIVE SPEED conditioning pieces. Prepare to get stronger.

8 WEEK OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING CYCLE BEGINS on 4-9-18. This cycle will culminate with the Crow Hill Open on June 9th and 10th. Or for those who aren’t registered, a mock in-house meet.

Bell strong has moved back to its original time slot on Friday 430pm and 730pm. 430pm Thursday is once again an endurance class.
