2018 Team Series Week 1

The team series has arrived! Week 1 workouts have been announced, however registration is still open for teams wishing to compete in the the team series.


WEEK 1

Event 1

Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
Synchronized bar-facing burpees

Time cap: 7 minutes
Tiebreak: None

Event 2

For time:

20 synchronized squat cleans, 95 lb.
20 synchronized squat cleans, 125 lb.
20 synchronized squat cleans, 155 lb.

Time cap: 7 minutes
Tiebreak: Time after every 20 reps

Event 3

21-15-9 reps for time of:

Synchronized pull-ups
Synchronized deadlifts, 155 lb.

Time cap: 45 min.
Tiebreak: None

Event 4

5 rounds for time of:

50 double-unders (each)
50-ft. synchronized overhead lunge

35-lb. dumbbell

Time cap: 15 minutes
Tiebreak: None



FRIDAY

Classes will be open to all athletes:

4:30 STRONG Class – will be performing Event 3
5:30 CrossFit Class – will be performing Event 2
6:30 CrossFit Class – will be performing Event 2
7:30 STRONG class – will be performing Event 3

Athletes registered for the team series can come to 4:30 and knock out WOD 3 and then stay for WOD 2
Athletes registered for the team series can come to 6:30 and knock out WOD 2 and thens stay for WOD 3
Athletes not registered, can register day of… or perform the workout with an assigned partner. However, you will not be eligible to compete for prizes.

SATURDAY

Classes will be open to all athletes:

10 AM & 11AM class will perform WODs 1 & 4
