CrossFit HQ has done an outstanding job of honoring our service men and women, heroes who gave their lives for our country. The most challenge, grueling and exciting workouts have been named after these heroes. As a Marine, Coach Ant ensures that the spirit of our Heroes are honored several times a month in the programming at CrossFit Bell. We make sure to pay the utmost respect by including them not only on our online wall of heroes but a tribute within the walls of CrossFit Bell.
