Our CrossFit Classes are a fun, competitive environment with a community feel to them. We follow the workouts on our main page and train together as a family and team. We take elements of Olympic Lifting, Powerlifting, Strongman, & Gymnastics and mix it up to provide excellent strength and metabolic conditioning that is suited for both the beginner and advanced athletes.

Unlimited CrossFit packages include access to ALL CrossFit Classes, Open Gym Hours, and Obstacle Course Racing Classes.

Our Barbell Club has successfully taught dozens of athletes including several New York State & world record holding powerlifters and national level Olympic Weightlifters.  Our club offers two distinct programs, 1 for the Olympic Weightlifter and the other for the Powerlifter.
We use the simple biological principle of stress, recovery, and adaptation.

City Strongman

Our Strongman Classes focus on max effort lifts using non-barbell weights for max exertion in the 30-90 second range. We do Strongman because it increases max efforts.  The only way to improve your one rep max is to lift heavy in that domain.  This will improve and strengthen your work output in the glycolytic and ATP pathways. Large Loads, Long Distance, Quickly. That is why we do strongman.

Personal Training

We’re proud to have some of the best coaches in New York City right here at CrossFit Bell. And while our members get the benefit of their expertise in our group programming, many of our coaches are also available for one-on-one Foundations, Workshops, one-on-one CrossFit WODs, and specialized weightlifting, kettlebell training, endurance, and mobility training. No matter your goals with our personal programming, be it mastering a specific movement, cleaning up your eating habits, placing in your first strongman competition, or making a run a the CrossFit Regionals, there is one major difference in our approach.  We are willing to admit that there is certainly more than one way to achieve your goal. Unlike so many others that think there is only one correct way to eat or only one correct way to train, we take the time to know our athlete and write unique programming to provide them the stimulus needed to realize their goals.
Packages starting as low as $80 per four weeks (add-on programming for single or double movement mastery) to customized four weeks training session and nutrition guidance $250 per month.
