We put together some simple and effective workouts you can tackle on your off days from the gym, so put down the wedding binder, put the stopper back in the bottle of wine, and take on one of these fun workouts.



Panicking about the big day yet? We know it can be hard to find time to make it to the box. Brunch with the bride’s maids, dress fittings, and picking the center pieces have consumed your daily life, because everything must be perfect. Don’t forget the most important thing though… how you’ll look in that perfect dress on your magical day.


Don’t let your significant other down, time to whip yourself back into shape so that together you’ll make everyone’s jaw drop. These workouts are equally effective for our men, so set up a dry erase board in the house, tackle one of these workouts and challenge your bride or groom to be, to beat your score.
