After eight years in the United States Marine Corps and two tours of duty in Iraq, Coach Ant needed to find a new challenge to tackle, so he started “crossfitting.”

Coach Ant will bring you the perfect combination of textbook knowledge and personal experience to suit your fitness needs. He is an expert in the field of exercise science, having studied Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, Athletic Training and Sports Medicine in pursuit of his degree in Exercise Science from Adelphi University.  If you need a kick in the butt to get through a workout, look no further; Coach Ant was a Sergeant in the Marine Corps and knows how to motivate. Hesitant to train due to a past injury?  No worries: as a former NYS EMT and combat lifesaver, Ant understands the importance of avoiding reopening old wounds and tailors workouts to avoid aggravating old injuries.

Coach Dom Fortino


After seven years in the financial services industry, Coach Dom is returning to the fitness industry. He first walked into a gym as a chubby 16-year-old kid set on “getting into shape”.  What started out as a way to improve his health and appearance quickly became a way of life.

Immediately seeing promise in Dom, the owner of the gym offered him a job cleaning up weights after members.  This opportunity quickly led to a mentoring relationship through which Dom learned the foundational principles of a good fitness program.  At age of 17, he began to train clients under the supervision of his mentor and at age 18, obtained his first of many personal training and group exercise certifications.

He since has worked as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor at a number of nationally recognized fitness chains as well as smaller facilities in both New York State and Boston.

Today, he is committed to giving others the same opportunity his mentor gave him to “reclaim” their bodies by providing focused, individualized training services at CrossFitBell.  Coach Dom—who also has studied holistic nutrition—believes strongly that proper nutrition is a vital component to physical performance and counsels clients on nutritional matters as well as exercise techniques.
