In 2010 Ant obtained his CrossFit Certification and began coaching at CrossFit Queens, and in 2012 he founded CrossFit Bell. What started out as a passion soon became his calling. Over the last 7 years Ant has trained countless athletes, and currently owns one of the biggest boxes in New York City.
Coach Tommy studied Elementary Education and was Captain of the Ice Hockey team his senior year at SUNY New Paltz. He received his Master's degree in Teaching Students with Disabilities from St. John's University. When not coaching, Tommy plays on the Premier Hockey League in Long Island where he is currently the Captain of the StormTroopers Ice Hockey team.
Tony’s CrossFit career began back in 2012, when walking around the Ditmars area of Astoria. Tired of a globo gym routine, yet not a clue what this CrossFit was, he decided to give it a shot. Soon after his first WOD, he was hooked.
Coach Andy studied Sports Science in Germany and has helped athletes accomplish their goals for 20 years. In addition to CrossFit, Andy is involved in sport specific training for powerlifting, martial arts, and track & field.
Christian has been a fitness enthusiast for decades and Crossfit is the best thing that has happened to Marriner. He has been doing Crossfit for 2 years but his first experience with CrossFit was 4 years ago down in Florida.
Coach Laura Sawyer started her fitness journey in 2012 after losing 40 lbs through diet and exercise. She began taking group HIIT, TRX and Kettlebell classes and successfully kept the weight off. By 2015 she was looking for a new challenge and Laura decided to try out CrossFit at CrossFit Bell.
Elizabeth has lived and traveled all over the US and the world, with most of her youth spent in Seoul, Korea.
Jon moved to New York city in 2003 with his BFA in hand, but has since traded his tap shoes for lifters.
He started CrossFit and joined CrossFit Bell in 2015 when he realized his fitness routine needed more diversity and more of a challenge and he never looked back.
