5 At-Home Snow Day Workouts

By. Coach Ant Lucic

The trains aren’t running on schedule, the sidewalks haven’t been cleared, your favorite corner deli isn’t even open… Snow days in NYC can be a real bummer. Often during snow days, we close our classes to allow for time to clear the snow and to avoid athletes traveling unnecessarily in dangerous snow conditions. After all, a 10-minute workout isn’t worth the risk of spinning out on the highway or slipping on the walk in, and besides, who wants to deal with parking when cabs and snow piles are taking up all the spots.

If you’re itching for a workout, and are at a loss for ideas try one of these 5 workouts at home, or if you’re a little stir crazy, ALL OF THEM.
